Abstract

This article analyzes the main characteristics of the professional legal consciousness of lawyers. The professional form of legal consciousness differs from general legal consciousness in terms of its content, structure, and mechanisms of functioning. The article highlights the influence of legal ethics, the role of professional reflection in the law application process, the stability of legal values, and the high level of integration of normative-legal knowledge.
