CRIMINALISTICS AND ITS ROLE IN ENSURING NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract

A comprehensive analysis of the place of forensic science in modern society and its unique role in ensuring national security is carried out. This field is being enriched by innovative approaches associated with technological developments in developed countries, which are creating new opportunities in the fight against crime. In particular, advanced technologies such as digital security, artificial intelligence, and genetic analysis are widely used in forensics, which is of great importance for the effective fight against new forms of crime. The possibilities and challenges of implementing these innovative approaches in the conditions of Uzbekistan are discussed, as well as the emerging problems and ways to eliminate them are analyzed based on international experience.
