A new stage of women's rights in the process of constitutional reforms

This article examines the strengthening of women's rights in Uzbekistan during a new stage of constitutional reforms. It analyzes the updated Constitution’s provisions aimed at ensuring gender equality, expanding women’s political, economic, and social participation, and preventing discrimination. The study highlights state policies, international obligations, support programs, and practical mechanisms that have led to increased female representation in politics, education, and the economy under the framework of building a “New Uzbekistan.”
